JWOWW Reveals Her New Diet Plan, Details on How She Stays Fit

If you didn't see JWOWW showing off her super-trim bod at the Three Stooges premiere in LA over the weekend, then you are missing out on some serious eye candy, people. Speaking of candy — and other fatty foods for that matter — it looks like the Jersey Shore star has kicked all bad eating habits to keep her body in such tip-top shape.

First JWOWW posted this photo (below) on her Twitter showing off home-cooked veggies, grilled meat, and salad, and wrote, "Love grilling with roger.... Dinner time yummy." Following the photo (which we're still hungry from, btw) the guidette brunette revealed her big dieting tip:

"Have to eat healthy so 5 nights a wk I make my own food... Tedious but worth it."

You hear that, beach bums? If getting a body like JWOWW's means making your own meals at home five times a week, then it's time to dust off those spatulas and get to cookin'!
