Source: Khloe Kardashian Reportedly Suffered a Tragic Loss in February (Update)

UPDATE: Khloe Kardashian has denied rumors that she suffered a miscarriage earlier this year. For the full details, click here.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom haven’t had an easy go of it since migrating to Dallas in December. We’ve all seen the NBA star’s troubles play out on-screen, but one source says Lam Lam wasn’t the only one experiencing heartbreak in the Big D. Life & Style claims that Khloe suffered a miscarriage in February that rocked the couple to their core.

A friend of Khloe’s told the magazine that the reality star was understandably torn apart at the loss of her unborn child. To make matters worse, she didn’t have the usual support she’s come to expect from her doting husband. Lamar was struggling with his own issues with being unable to perform on the court at the time and couldn’t be there for his reality sweetheart, says the source.

But the tragedy has only left the brazen brunette more determined to get pregnant. An insider says Khloe is undergoing acupuncture treatment to increase her chances of pregnancy.

Khlomar’s Dallas departure may be a blessing in disguise. The reality sweethearts are headed back to Los Angeles, where both Khloe and Lamar can reconnect with friends and family — and hopefully, each other.

And, judging by pics posted by Khloe’s big sis Kim Kardashian on April 10, it looks like they’re already having a blast back in Cali. Kimmy showed off cute photos from Khloe’s homecoming party on Twitter. “Welcome home KoKo!!!!” the ecstatic celebutante wrote, along with an adorable family photo.
