Gary Shirley Starts a New Weight Loss Plan!

Amber Portwood's adorable baby daddy, Gary Shirley, is known for his belly full of jelly, but he's determined to get into shape for the summer — starting with a new diet and workout regime!

Gary loves to blog about his life on Twitter, so we know all about his fitness plan. First up? Exercise. Gary's been hitting the gym, and he even posted a pic of his calorie counter!

"Just had my total cereal and off to the YMCA," Gary tweeted on April 17. "I'm not gonna lie I'm soar (sic). Just cause its been so long but not stopping."

Gary's also been eating healthy salads, and he wants to teach his fans how to cook!

"Get 1 dark red 2mato, 1 box of raisins/ or cran, grilled piece of chic," Gary explains. "get some green and red salad, fat free Italian."

Gary buys his ingredients at the grocery store, but he's planting his own garden so he can eat home-grown fruits and veggies.

"Watermelon,cantaloupe, green peppers,tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, cayenne peppers, green chilies zucchini 72 each just finished," Gary tweeted.

Sounds delish, buddy. You can rest assured that we'll refer to our weekly gym dates as #GaryTime from now on!
