Sharon Osbourne Slams Simon Cowell, Blames Antics on “Small Penis Syndrome”
For the sake of full disclosure, Sharon Osbourne is not a doctor. However, she has apparently taken it upon herself to diagnose Simon Cowell’s, erm, shortcomings.
On a recent episode of The Talk, she addressed an excerpt of Simon's upcoming unauthorized biography, in which author Tom Bower alleges Sharon left The X Factorjudging panel because SiCo had an affair with fellow panel member Dannii Minogue.
Despite the fact that Simon never authorized the publication of the biography, Sharon put him on blast, proclaiming, "He likes to glamorize. He loves attention. He loves all the publicity he's getting. And the thing is, nobody leaves Simon, he fires you...I think he is a victim of small-penis syndrome."
Yikes! Simon, need some ice for that burn?
And Sharon doesn’t stop there. According to the book, she also couldn't handle all the extra attention Dannii received from the head honcho on set due to the fling, so she quit. Well, of course The Osbournes matriarch didn't appreciate her name being dragged into the mud, so she fired back on the salty Brit herself.
"He draws it to [the fact that] I left because he had an affair with Dannii. Now, I couldn't care if he was having sex with anything. It's not my business, I don't care, I'm not interested and that is not the reason why I left, and I'm like, pissed off because you've got a whole career, you've got a whole everything to talk about—about your achievements, about what you've done for the world of competition and everything. Why bring Mrs. O into your messing around?" she demands to know.
Why, indeed, Simon? But, for the record, Sharon admits everything wasn't all rainbows and puppies between herself and Dannii.
"I left because I didn't like that girl," she explains. "I didn't like working, and I had just…it was at a time when I was newly over my cancer, and I promised myself I wouldn't be in a situation where I wasn't 100 percent happy...When it's not fun, you go, and it wasn't fun."
We feel you, Sharon. Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell hits shelves this Friday.
