"We got smacked around," Roshon told E! after Monday’s Week 6 Performance Show. "We got beat up a little bit."
"We're definitely a little disappointed," Chelsie added to E!. "We worked really hard on this dance and you hope you will get good remarks from the judges, especially when you put in the work, and I thought it was one of Roshon's best dances! So it kinda sucks, but it is what it is."
They continued to discuss their score deflation in their On the Red Carpet video interview. “We had an amazing time, we wanted that to reflect and show,” Roshon told OTRC. “We got that participation from the crowd that we were expecting. The judges didn’t quite agree, but what can we do?”
Chelsie added, “Yeah, you know what, we had a good time. We really worked hard this week. We really wanted to please Len, especially, because he’s always talking about his technique. So we wanted to do that; we didn’t but, you know, we had a good time.”
It’s possible they’ll end up in the Dance Duel tonight — but maybe then the judges can redeem themselves by recognizing Ro and Chelsie’s talent.
