Grey’s Anatomy Season 8, Episode 21 Spoiler: April Blames Meredith for “Sabotage”

The juicy details surrounding Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) “hook up” on tonight’s Grey's Anatomy (Season 8, Episode 21: “Moment of Truth”) just keep coming. Sarah talked to TV Guide about the big moment, and confirms that their make-out session is “not a dream...they make out for real!”

As for whether or not April actually loses her virginity to Jackson, "That is still up in air," says Sarah. But sleeping together won’t be all fun and games. "It's going to bite both of them in the ass because they both walk away from that being confused by the whole thing," she says. "The writers have really written a very interesting journey for April and Jackson over the next four episodes.”

In the promo for the episode, we see April unraveling, and seemingly blaming someone else for “sabotaging” the rest of them. Sarah reveals that that “someone” is actually Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). "Something happens with Meredith that really distracts Meredith from the boards, but also ends up affecting everybody else as well," Sarah tells TV Guide.

Of course, April won’t just be directing her anger towards Mer — we also see her punching a random guy. “She does a lot of things that are really surprising and out of character for her that leads to some pretty fantastic fallout afterwards."

Whoa! Between all the fighting and yelling, how is April going to have time for sex with Jackson? We’re sure she’ll figure it out.

Catch a new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, April 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
