If DWTS has already put out feelers — and Mario Lopez said they asked him to return for next season — they just need a certain amount of “yes” answers, get the logistics in order, align the ducks in their rows, then confirm it. So we’re not too worried that Conrad Green, DWTS executive producer, did *not* tell the New York Post, “Hell yeah we’re doing All-Stars for Season 15. Gilles is already doing crunches for the shirtless dances!”
Conrad was probably saying that in spirit, or hoping to say it in spirit eventually, when he actually said this: “The All Star show is something we have talked about for some time and we are considering it. But we haven’t made any decisions about it yet.”
So delegate the decision to us. Decision: Green light for All-Stars! (You’re welcome.) Seriously, though, Cheryl Burke was talking about All-Stars for Season 15 back in January and Mario just said they asked him. So they must be doing a bit more than just giving it thought. Call up these folks and make them sign on the dotted line for this fall. We’re too excited to be disappointed by a “normal” season now!
