Yesterday, the NBA-turned-reality-star’s rep put the kibosh on rumors that Kardashian spin-off Khloe & Lamar is in its final season. The couple later addressed the issue on Entertainment Tonight.
In a brief red carpet chat, the reality sweethearts insist they’re only sidelining the series temporarily.
“Our show is not cancelled,” Khloe told Entertainment Tonight. “Lamar and I have chosen… to take a break this summer… We just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics, you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now.”
Lamar, who recently parted ways from the Dallas Mavericks, also chimed in, adding, “We just want to be happy. We’ll take our time and we’ll get back to it when it’s time... Hopefully this summer I’ll get to play on an Olympic team.”
TMZ reports that Khloe might keep herself busy with other television pursuits in the meantime. A source for E! tells the outlet that Khloe may get her own spin-off series, similar to Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.
Whatever the case, we’d love to see Khloe stay on TV!
