Thankfully, Tuesday’s TV Academy event in Los Angeles filled in a few of those missing details. As E! Online reports Glee executive producer Ian Brennan confirmed the earlier news that Tina will kickstart the fantasy madness after suffering a mild head injury.
"Tina falls in a fountain in a mall and wakes up and everybody is someone else,” Ian says. Sound like a strange way to hurt your head? Don’t worry. The Glee writers totally saw something just like it on YouTube.

"There's YouTube video — because we're always stealing from the internet, where there's a woman and she's just texting in the mall and then falls in the fountain," Ian says. Um, ouch!
So besides the three we know already, who else is switching bodies? Chris Colfer hinted at it earlier, but Ian and the cast now confirm that the episode will be a direct body switch. So since Puck is channeling Blaine, and Blaine will appear looking exactly like Puck, as well.
You know what that means? Darren Criss will have a big ‘ole fake mohawk. Now that is something we’ve got to see!
As much as we’d love to confirm these duos 100 percent, we couldn’t help but pick up on a tiny bit of sarcasm in the casts’ voices as they spoke about the switch.
With all the deadpanning and joking going on, it’s possible these last two pairings might not be legit. That said, we certainly hope they’re the real deal. Come on: Mike with Joe’s dreadlocks? It sounds pretty epic to us!
