Grey’s Anatomy Season 8, Episode 22 Sneak Peek Roundup: “Let the Bad Times Roll”

Grey's Anatomy Season 8, Episode 22: “Let the Bad Times Roll” is just around the corner, but with the residents' careers on the line, even waiting a few more hours seems like too much. To help make the time fly, we've gathered all of the sneak peeks for the episode right here for your viewing pleasure.

Spoiler-phobes, this post is for you: We won't reveal anything not shown in official promos.

First, we see how the boards go for the residents. Hint: It doesn't go well. For anyone.

This sneak peek shows us more of the disastrous boards, including some clips of Alex's (Justin Chambers) proctors waiting for the no-show doc.

It sounds like most of the residents will pass despite their problems, but, as Catherine Avery tells Richard (James Pickens Jr.) in this sneak peek, one of them fails. Oh-uh.

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) is faced with an emotional situation when her childhood friend shows up for surgery — and Callie's (Sara Ramirez) performing it! Things get off to a rough start in this clip when she realizes her friend has lied to her about the extent of his health problems.

Mark (Eric Dane) is also put in a sticky situation when Julia springs a big request on him: She wants to start a family. Wow! Talk about moving fast.

Finally, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) is annoyed because everyone is coming to him for advice about their problems. So he … goes to Bailey (Chanda Wilson) for advice. She lets him in on her secret formula for successfully imparting wisdom without facing backlash.
