Fresh off of probation, Lindsay Lohan’s trying to stay out of trouble, and so far she’s succeeding. Although a man recently claimed she struck him in her car and drove off, she will not be charged with hit-and-run.
According to TMZ, Los Angeles County’s district attorney determined that the accuser was a “non-credible witness.” Not only did his story change, he didn’t submit proof of his alleged hospital treatment. Plus, the police didn’t see any collision in the surveillance tape.
Things looked fishy from the start, with witnesses claiming that the man didn’t complain of pain until after he found out that Lindsay had been on the scene. Sounds like an opportunist to us!
