The Voice’s Christina Aguilera Ends Feud With Tony Lucca

With her contestant in fourth place and her nemesis in third, Christina Aguilera decided to put her feud with Tony Lucca behind her last night after The Voice Season 2 finale live show.

According to Us Weekly, Xtina was seen whispering into Tony’s ear after the show.

“She just wanted to clear the air a bit,” Tony explained to the magazine. “[She] apologize[d] that this became much more of a dramatic thing than she ever intended it.”

Tony faced weeks of criticism from his former Mouseketeer cast member ever since she called him “one-dimensional” in his first live-show performance.

The singer has credited Christina’s criticism for getting him back on the right track and helping him push his limits to become Team Adam’s finalist.

Then on Monday night, Christina stirred the pot again, saying Tony’s song choice of “99 Problems” was “derogatory towards women,” and was even seen texting as he stood on stage thanking each of the judges for their help in this process.

Though Tony rarely spoke ill of the pop diva, we’re sure he’s glad to have the incident behind him.

"I said to her, 'I hope that we can be cool moving forward,'" he said. "I take pride in the fact that my whole career has been a career of integrity and sound relationships."

We hope the Mouseketeers can move on and even one day form that reunion Christina mentioned.
