Melissa and her pro partner Tony Dovolani took third place on DWTS Season 8, which is the best any Bachelor contestant has done. Her experience as a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader certainly helped, as well as her status as the heartbroken girl who had just been dumped on TV by Bachelor Jason Mesnick.
But that was the spring of 2009. Three years, a marriage, and a baby have happened since then, and now Melissa and her husband Tye have their own reality TV show airing on CMT.
So would she return to the ballroom? A fan named Lisa tweeted her earlier this week, “Hey Melissa, how about DWTS all-stars?? Love to see u there.” Melissa replied, “Gosh, I don't know...it's an intimidating thought!”
