No longer that heavyset dude with the bright pink hair you may remember, the Perez Hilton of today has undergone a shocking physical transformation.
At right, an orange jumpsuit-wearing Perez performs on MTV's Celebrity Rap Superstar back in 2007. Five years later, the gossip king has dropped over 70 pounds, and he tells Shape Magazine he did it all the old fashioned way. “I’ve worked for it,” he tells the mag. “Slow and steady, by eating healthily and exercising regularly.”
So how does Perez keep up his new rock-hard bod, which he so eagerly showed off at the NewNowNext Awards in April 2012? “It’s very intense. I work out seven days a week,” he tells Shape. “And I eat a very clean diet. I am fortunate enough to get my meals delivered, which makes a huge difference for me. If I don’t have to think about it.”
