Mad Men Season 5, Episode 12 Preview: Joan Is a Partner, Don Is Unhappy (VIDEO)

On next week’s episode of Mad Men (Season 5, Episode 12: “Commissions and Fees”), we get to see how things have changed now that Joan is a voting partner. How she got there may be controversial, but we can’t help loving the image of Joan sitting with the boys at a partners’ meeting.

Also shown: Don entrusting Megan with a secret, Don telling Roger, “I don’t like what we’re doing,” and Burt Cooper telling someone, “You know you can’t keep being the good little boy while the adults run this business.” Strangely, he could be talking to any number of people, including Lane, Don, or Roger.

Sadly, we don’t see any Peggy, but the short synopsis for the episode does mention another young lady we love: Sally Draper, who “goes out.”

Watch the preview below.

Watch the next episode of Mad Men on Sunday, June 3 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on AMC.
