Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Set Deposition Dates for Their Divorce Case
Good news for Kanye West: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are ready to proceed with their divorce and have set deposition dates for the end of June.
According to Radar Online, the former couple’s divorce process will likely be be long and complicated for everyone involved, as even their lawyers will need to fly back and forth from California to Minnesota.
“Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer Laura Wasser's office at the end of June and Kris' attorney Lee Hutton will do the majority of the questioning," shared an insider. "Kris' deposition will take place in Minnesota towards the end of June also and Kim's attorney will have to fly from California for that. Kris lives in Minnesota during the off season and this is where his attorney is based."
Not only is Kris reportedly pushing for the divorce case to go to trial, but he also wants the proceedings to be filmed — something Kim is extremely against.
"Kim is just livid that she has to be deposed. She has tried to get out of it, but there is no way she can," the source said. "Kris is ready for his deposition to be taken and just wants the truth to get out about what really happened when they were dating and after the wedding.”
Truth be told, we’re dying of curiosity ourselves!
