America’s Got Talent, 8-9 p.m. on NBC: The auditions move to Austin.

PREMIERE! Hell’s Kitchen, 8-9 p.m. on FOX: In part one of the Season 10 premiere, 18 chefs compete for the position of head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. In the first competition, the group splits into two teams and the chefs prepare their signature dishes. The winning team gets a fancy dinner; the losing team has to clean the kitchen.
