JWOWW Designs Snooki’s Pregnancy Workout Routine – What Are Her Secrets? (VIDEO)

We’re not sure how JWOWW became such an expert in pregnancy fitness, but the Jersey Shore star is full of advice for her BFF Snooki.

Snooki tells Us Weekly in the video below that she’s trying to stay motivated to keep herself in shape, even at six months pregnant. “I go on my Bowflex once a week,” says the tiny meatball. JWOWW to the rescue! “I know a lot of pregnant girls and I made a pregnancy routine for Nicole at the gym so she can go with us — very light and easy," she says.

According to the mag, “JWOWW has [Snooki] doing lots of leg exercises, cardio and back strengthening moves.” JWOWW points out that, “When her belly gets bigger, she needs to be able to support [the baby].” Also on the pregnancy workout agenda? Pregnancy yoga!

That little boy might come out with muscles as big as The Situation’s at this rate!
