JWOWW has undergone a major transformation since she first strutted her way into our hearts during Season 1, and she isn’t shy about sharing her diet secrets.
JWOWW posted her “bikini season” healthy diet plan on her personal blog, JWOWW.com. The diet includes three square meals for three days, and the diet is mostly made up of whole foods and fresh veggies and fruit. Here’s a sample of JWOWW’s diet menu:
Day 1 Breakfast – Protein shake Lunch – Chicken Caesar salad Dinner – Sashimi (four pieces of salmon, four pieces of white tuna) and miso soup. You can throw some edamame in there too!
That doesn’t sound that bad for a diet! Hopefully we can follow this plan and get flat abs like JWOWW before we hit the beach.
