Bachelorette Spoilers: What to Expect When “The Men Tell All”

Here are at least three things to look forward to on Monday’s The Bachelorette Season 8, Episode 10: “The Men Tell All” special:

1. A preview of the Season 8 finale, which airs Sunday July 22, showing Emily Maynard with her final two boyfriends, Jef Holm and Arie Luyendyk, Jr.

2. A sneak peek of Bachelor Pad Season 3, which premieres Monday, July 23.

3. The blooper reel/outtakes, showing Emily and her bachelors saying and doing even sillier things than usual.

Other than that, expect the usual catty sniping between bachelors — with at least one “awww” moment from Sean Lowe when he talks about getting his heart broken and how he considered returning to try and change Emily’s mind. That never works!

Here are more details from ABC on what we can expect to see on the July 16 MTA special:

Who is showing up? “It’s an exciting, unpredictable reunion viewers won’t want to miss, as the most memorable bachelors from this season – including Sean, Chris, Kalon, Ryan, Doug, John “Wolf,” Tony and Travis – return to confront each other and Emily one last time on national television to dish the dirt and tell their side of the story.”

Ryan in the hot seat: “Sparks will fly when the men challenge Ryan, whose arrogance irritated the other bachelors, when he tries to explain his behavior. Many of the guys were threatened by his relationship with Emily, and they definitely didn’t think he was there for ‘the right reasons.’”

Kalon in the hot seat: “And what does Kalon have to say about his devastating comment, calling Emily’s daughter, Ricki, ‘baggage’ and the firestorm it caused? When he takes the hot seat, the men just rip into him, accusing him of being there for the spotlight and the glamour. The war of words boils over as Kalon tries to justify his actions.”

Sean considered coming back to try again: “A dejected Sean seeks closure, disclosing that he has “never had a broken heart” until now with Emily. Not only did he truly fall in love, but still has strong feelings for her. He debated whether he should come back and try to convince her that she made a mistake. In the end, he was grateful for what Emily did give him. She showed him what he wanted out of life.”

Bobblehead loved Emily that much? “Chris, who made it to the final four, shares his devastation at being sent home. He loved Emily so much that he was totally blindsided about how much it hurt him. He also reveals what falling in love with her really meant to him.”

Emily addresses Sean, Doug, and Kalon: “Then it’s Emily’s turn to confront the men. She wants to make sure Sean knows that their parting was very tough on her as well, and that their relationship was totally real to her. What does she thank Doug for, and what huge regret does she have about the group date in London? And in one more bombshell, she lets Kalon know in no uncertain terms what she thinks of him.”

We can probably guess what she thinks of him, and what he thinks of her in return, since they already had a kind of Twitter feud about his participation in Bachelor Pad 3.
