The Bachelorette “Men Tell All” Will Be “Very Contentious and Slightly Uncomfortable”
Or maybe it will be slightly contentious and very uncomfortable. Either way, expect The Bachelorette Season 8’s"The Men Tell All"special to be interesting.
Emily Maynard’s ex-boyfriends recently gathered to judge her — and each other — and Chris Harrison says the result wasn’t what he expected.
“It was very emotional, and I was surprised at how emotional Chris was,” the Rosemaster tells TV Guide of Bobblehead Chris Bukowski, who will appear soon on Bachelor Pad Season 3, so maybe he just wanted to be memorable for the audience. “People will really see how special Emily is and get a sense as to why all these guys were falling in love with her.”
Emily’s favorite “baggage” handler, Kalon McMahon, will also feel the fire of the hot seat. “It wasn't as intense until Emily came out and confronted him and then it got very contentious and slightly uncomfortable. He tried to be a wily politician, and good on her for not backing down. There's a moment that got a round of applause from the audience.”
Oh, the MTA audience — they’re just fired up to get involved any way they can. Clapping, awwing, booing, they just want a good show. And it sounds like they got one.
“I was worried it would be a big bro fest,” Chris says, “but they definitely weren't afraid to rip on each other.” And then go out on the town together afterward and laugh about how it was all a good show for TV. Just not as good a show as “The Women Tell All” — those ladies really know how to make each other scream and sob for the cameras.
