Who Is the More Passionate Fan: The Leave-Britney-Alone Crier or The Heartbroken Twihard?
In the midst of tragedy, we try to look for the light in all that darkness. The light we speak of is composed mostly of fans who don’t possess our optimism. Those fans turn to YouTube to express their pain, their heartbreak, their ANGST.
Emma Clark, a distraught Twilight fan, expressed her deepest, tear-drenched response to the news she originally thought was based on a photoshopped image.
In four minutes and 22 seconds of total awesomeness, Ms. Clarke was able to turn this serious news item into a hilarious one, likely to be remixed and parodied till RPatz comes home.
And while watching this masterpiece, we couldn’t help but be reminded of the genius that was Chris Crocker’s 2007 “LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!” video.
Though his video was half the run time of Emma Clark’s, it conveyed all the necessary emotions of an obsessed fan. There was sadness, anger, and a touch of crazy thrown in for fun.
When analyzing these two clips, we did notice that Emma’s has more of a narrative. She starts off telling the media to leave the dismayed couple alone. But unlike Crocker, she goes on to discuss the effect of Kristen Stewart’s actions on her (Emma’s) own emotional state and on the beautiful Robert Pattinson.
This arc seems to be a bit more thought-out and heartfelt than Chris Crocker’s, but we would expect nothing less from the girl who made a 10-minute reaction video to a 1 minute and 19 second Breaking Dawn Part 2 trailer.
But you should be the ultimate judge. Watch the two videos below (if you haven’t already seen them a million times) and vote on who is the more passionate fan.
Choose wisely or next they could be making a video about you!
