Tiffani Thiessen “Hurt” By Ex-Friend Jennie Garth, Says 90210 Girls Were Mean
Something happened to ruin the friendship between Tiffani Thiessen and Jennie Garth — and Tiffani blames Jennie.
Tiffani talked to Howard Stern on Monday about the chilly reception she received when she joined the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1994.
"The girls were not very nice to me," Tiffani said (via UsMagazine.com.) Jennie reportedly apologized for how she behaved toward Tiffani and after that they became really good friends. Tiffani was even there when Jennie gave birth to her first child.
"We had a falling out and we grew apart," the former Saved By the Bell actress said. "I was the one who was hurt, let's just say that. I was the one who was hurt."
Ouch! "It's funny," Tiffani added, "our relationship started really rough and ended the way it started."
She's also not friends with Tori Spelling, although she said it's all water under the bridge and she wishes both ladies well. Still, the water can't be that far under the bridge if she's willing to say she was the one who got hurt by Jennie.
What happened? A few months ago, Us Weekly seemed to blame a tense exchange at a party, but that doesn't sound like enough to kill off a true friendship.
