Glee’s Romantic Klaine “Box” Scene: Ryan Murphy Will Release It — If You Do THIS

UPDATE: He released it already! To watch the full Klaine "box" scene, click here.

So, apparently Glee creator Ryan Murphy joining Twitter really is the best thing ever. No, we’re not talking about that behind-the-scenes picture he tweeted of Lea Michele (Rachel) with new guest star Kate Hudson — though that was pretty cool.

Today, Ryan is all about Klaine. He tweeted, ”If you Gleeks can get me to 500,000 followers, I will release the "Box" scene exclusively on my Twitter.

Ryan didn’t give any background as to what the “Box” scene is, but diehard fans of Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) should be able to tell you in a heartbeat.

Back in December, Glee released a promotional photo for Season 3, Episode 9: “Extraordinary Merry Christmas” that showed Blaine giving his boyfriend a tiny red jewelry box for Christmas. Klaine fans went crazy over the romantic gesture, but when the episode actually aired, the adorable scene was nowhere in sight.

After Elton obtained a copy of the original script in May, which revealed that Blaine would have given Kurt a cute little handmade promise ring, created entirely out of gum wrappers. Though it's clear that scenes often get cut on the editing room floor due to time constrictions, the noticeable lack of Klaine PDA has gotten fans particularly riled up this past season. There’s no doubt that Ryan choosing to release such a romantic moment between the fan favorite couple would be a very welcome move.

And all we have to do to get it is get @MrRPMurphy to 500,000 followers. Currently, Ryan has about 68,000 followers. That’s not bad for someone who just joined Twitter yesterday morning — but it’s still 432,000 followers away from getting fans that coveted Klaine scene.

Well... guess we’d better get clicking! Us and our 431,999 closest friends, that is.
