The Situation Settles $1 Million Lawsuit With Ex-Managers

It seems like the Jersey Shore castmates are constantly jumping in and out of legal trouble. Becoming major branding machines practically overnight doesn't happen without some growing pains.

Last year, The Situation's former managers, Gotham NYC Entertainment, sued him for $1 million, claiming he breached his contract with them by firing them without 30 days notice. Sitch then filed a countersuit against the management company for failing in their duties and actually hurting his career.

Now, Sitch fans can breathe easy — according to TMZ the lawsuit is settled. TMZ reports that both lawsuits were dropped last month. According to the documents TMZ obtained, each party even "agreed to pay their own legal fees," making this as amicable a resolution as possible, given the circumstances.

Sitch is sober, has a new girlfriend, and now this lawsuit is settled — things are definitely looking up for Jersey Shore's most ab-tastic castmate!
