Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars Spoiler: Is Maggie Coming to Rosewood?

There’s nothing quite like a secret pregnancy to throw a wrench in a relationship. Just ask Pretty Little Liars’ Aria (Lucy Hale), who found out that Ezra (Ian Harding) got a girl pregnant when he was 18 in last night’s episode (Season 3, Episode 10: “What Lies Beneath”). But Ezra’s past might not be the only relationship drama for Rosewood’s most scandalous couple. What worries us the most is what’s yet to come … or who.

When a fan took to Twitter to ask PLL writer Lijah Barasz if we would ever meet Maggie, she responded, “Stay tuned.” Oh no. The only thing worse than a secret pregnancy from your past is a secret baby mama from your, well, now.

But don’t get too freaked out. Maggie’s return doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s a precious little blue-eyed infant out there. We’ve already discussed our theories on the baby, but our primary focus is now on Maggie. If Maggie shows up in Rosewood, what does that mean for Ezria? Could Ezra still have feelings for her? After all, his mother did force him to lose all contact with this woman. And we all know what it’s like for a couple who has a past.

Bigger question: What would Ezra’s mother do if Maggie showed up? Could Aria handle the additional drama in her life? And finally, why would Maggie show back up? We figured it would have to be one of three things:

Option One: She still loves Ezra, or she wants some type of closure.

Option Two: The child is still out there.

Option Three: She is out of money, or she is angry and wants revenge (or both).

Regardless of her reasons for coming to Rosewood, if she’s surrounded by drama, she will fit in perfectly.

Catch an all-new episode of PLL on Tuesday, August 14 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
