DWTS Pro Cheryl Burke Reveals Her Diet & Exercise Secrets for a Hot Body
Whether you watch Dancing With the Starsfor the celebrities or the dance moves, one thing is obvious to any viewer: The dance pros are in stunning, enviable shape. Some of the hottest bodies on TV belong to the DWTS dancers, and one of them is opening up about how she gets her amazing bod.
“I don’t follow a particular diet per se,” Cheryl says, “but I do try to keep the foods that I eat as ‘clean’ as possible. The less ingredients listed on the package the better. I try and make sure that I’m eating food as opposed to additives.”
As for her summer body secrets, Cheryl says she swears by Brown Buns Airbrush Spray Tans, and steers clear of shaving her legs, preferring Veet In-Shower Gel Cream. “It only takes a few minutes, but the results last twice as long as shaving and keeps my skin smooth for the summer!” Also, her favorite body part is her back.
Cheryl also admits that her “favorite exercise is Jazzercise,” but says one workout beats them all: “There’s honestly no better exercise on the planet than dancing for a full body and mind workout.”
