Ryan Lochte Is Trying to Trademark “Jeah”

Is this it? Have we finally reached the Ryan Lochte saturation point?

The sexy Olympian who pees in pools and wears a stars-and-stripes grill has filed paperwork to trademark his catchphrase "Jeah." TMZ has the documents that say Ryan wants to use the word on "sunglasses, workout DVDs, gift cards, mugs, drinking glasses, trading cards, calendars, posters, swimsuits, swim caps, sports hats, and water bottles."

Save us now.

Ryan previously explained that he adapted his "Jeah" phrase — which refers to anything good — from rapper Young Jeezy, who says "Chea" in his songs.

What do you think of Ryan trying to trademark "Jeah"? Smart idea or overkill?
