Amanda Bynes Under Investigation For Traffic Accident, Could Face Hit-and-Run Charges
Former child star Amanda Bynes may want to consider putting her All That checks to good use by hiring a driver.
On August 4, 2012, Amanda allegedly rear-ended a woman and then refused to exchange insurance information. The LAPD has reportedly spoken with Bynes, and is now passing the case off to prosecutors, who will then decide if they have enough evidence to to file a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge against the actress.
This is the latest incident in a growing list of minor car accidents, as well as a DUI in April after the actress swiped a cop car while leaving a club.
Among Amanda's list of unfortunate fender benders and traffic mishaps is the time, last May, when she backed over a curb while on her phone, and the time when she grazed yet another car. Police ultimately decided not to charge Bynes at the time of the latter incident because the damage was ruled so minor that it’s possible she was unaware she even hit another vehicle.
Yikes! Maybe Amanda to take a break from driving and find a different mode of transportation. Anyone up for a horseback ride?
