Glee Season 4: Why Are Darren Criss and Chord Overstreet All Dressed Up? (PHOTO)

We know a fair amount about Glee Season 4 so far. After the Season 4 premiere, “The New Rachel Berry,” we know that Episode 2 will be a sexy Britney Spears tribute. Episode 4 is called “The Break-Up,” and the numerous teases about which couple (or couples) bite the dust is already on the verge of causing mass panic amongst fans. Then Episode 5 will be Glee Project winner Blake Jenner‘s big debut.

But what about Episode 3? In the midst of all the information floating around about the surrounding episodes, we know almost nothing about this one.

Luckily, creator Ryan Murphy and cast are here to help. With a few vague and inconclusive bits of info, at least. On August 20, Ryan tweeted this photo of Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Darren Criss (Blaine) in snazzy suits.

But where are they? And what’s the occasion for getting so dressed up? Ryan’s tweet read simply, “Happy Monday Gleeks!” Not much help there.

Chord tweeted another photo of the suited-up McKinley seniors. Our first guess was that Sam and Blaine might be getting ready for Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma’s (Jayma Mays) wedding, but since executive producer Brad Falchuk has said that the first few episodes wouldn’t focus much on Wemma’s relationship a wedding just doesn’t seem to fit.

We remember that McKinley put on a school musical pretty close to the beginning of the school year. After a few episodes of auditions and rehearsals, their final performance of West Side Story took place in Season 3, Episode 5 "The First Time." Perhaps the guys are in costume for this year’s show?

Something that also happened about this time last year: Elections for senior class president! Perhaps Sam and Blaine are the two candidates about to face off.

What do you think is prompted Sam and Blaine to get all dressed up? Head down to the comments and let us know!
