True Blood Season 5 Finale: Ryan Kwanten Says “No One Is Safe”

While Jason Stackhouse didn’t sprout fangs on last night’s episode of True Blood, portrayer Ryan Kwanten warns fans not to hold their breath for the Season 5 finale.

“No one is safe. That's the best way to put it,” Ryan cryptically told TV Guide.

The Aussie previously spilled that the finale ends with a “What the hell is going to happen?” moment, but he also says that Jason will play a big role in the human vs. vampire war.

“It's his family he's fighting for. It's the town. It's for the answers to his parents dying. It's pretty much do or die for Jason,” Ryan said. “This finale actually takes us all the way up to a huge cliffhanger in [the final episode] where you're not quite sure who's going to live and who's going to die ... this one very much leaves us on a big ‘Oh, my God’ moment.”

While the finale’s “big body count” already has fans worried, Ryan has a special treat for Truebies: A reunion!

“This particular season has one of the best cliffhangers I think we've ever shot, which definitely involves Sookie, myself, and Tara — perhaps we're all working together,” he teased.

Considering that Rutina Wesley recently said that Sookie and Tara “will see each other again, and there will be a figuring out of their relationship,” we’re hoping that the trio bands together and takes on the crazy, faerie-loving vamps, just like the Buffy the Vampire Slayer gang of yesteryears.

What do you think, Truebies? Will Sookie, Tara, and Jason be able to take down the vampires? Weigh in below!
