Kim Zolciak’s Mother, Karen Zolciak, Sues For Visitation Rights of Her Grandchildren

Kim Zolciak and her hubby Kroy Biermann celebrated the birth of baby Kash Kade Biermann earlier this month, but it seems that someone wasn’t invited to the festivities — and she’s taking major offense.

On Tuesday, Kim’s mother, Karen Zolciak, sued the Real Housewives of Atlanta star for visitation rights of her grandchildren.

According to Tamara Tattles, Karen claims she hasn't seen baby Kash since he was born on August 15. The site goes on to claim that Kim has essentially cut her mother out of the family since her wedding, which was featured on the Bravo show Don’t Be Tardy For the Wedding.

A legal advisor told Tamara Tattles that the case will likely be thrown out since there is no history of financial support from Karen and the family hasn't experienced any major traumatic events such as divorce or death.

It makes sense that Kim would cut ties with her mother after the drama surrounding her 2011 wedding, but should Karen have rights to see her grandchildren? Tell us what you think below!
