Well, it’s going to take a little longer than you’d think. Snooki told People magazine that she “can’t work out for six weeks,” due to her giving birth and all, but that once she’s ready she’ll be putting the G in GTL.
“I can’t really work out for six weeks, but then I’ll start hard-core training,” Snooki says. “I’ll get a trainer or I’ll try a boot camp or go back to hot yoga.”
So how much weight does Snooki actually have to lose? “I gained 35 lbs., but I’ve already lost 10,” Snooki tells the magazine. “I’ll bounce back.”
Since we know she was 98 lbs. before she got pregnant, that means that Snooki was 133 lbs. at her heaviest and is now currently weighing in at 123. Only 25 lbs. to go!
Snooki also adds that she’s changed her diet to eating healthier items like grilled chicken and vegetables. However, Snooks can’t diet too much since she is still breastfeeding Lorenzo and has to make sure he stays healthy.
While Snooki has a pretty organized plan, shedding those pounds might not be as easy as she thinks. New mom Jessica Simpson recently opened up about how hard it is to lose weight after giving birth and admitted that she hasn’t reached her personal goal weight of 130 pounds just yet.
