Ramona Singer Says Aviva Drescher’s Harsh Words Were “Uncalled For”

We had a feeling Aviva Drescher might’ve gone a little too far on Real Housewives of New York Season 5, Episode 15: “Vacation, All I Never Wanted” when she compared Sonja Morgan
to Anna Nicole Smith, and it appears we were right.

In her latest Bravo blog, Ramona Singer writes that “[t]he way Aviva spoke to Sonja was so uncalled for. She was so was insulting to Sonja and me” during the trip and that it made her want to “stay as far away from Aviva” as possible for the remainder of the vacay.

Aviva was defensive with Ramonja throughout the trip because she felt that they were ungracious to her and her husband Reid upon their arrival. When Ramona and Sonja repeatedly insisted that it was supposed to be a “girls trip,” Aviva pointed out the number of men Sonja and LuAnn de Lesseps had brought back to the house themselves, saying “I know for a fact that Sonja has slept with this guy Tomas.”

Ramona wrote that what Sonja and LuAnn did there was not a problem because “Sonja and LuAnn are single so they if they did have a man come over to visit, who cares? They did not have them move into the villa!”

Is that distinction enough?

The Real Housewives of New York airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
