Sonja laid down the line from the beginning of the dinner. “You called me some nasty names,” she told Aviva. “I can’t have a friend like that, and I hope you respect that.” Ms. Morgan was showing a great amount of character and maturity, which was a refreshing sight after St. Barts.
Aviva’s main defense was that she was “duped and betrayed by Ramona [Singer].” She seemed to take a caring, concerned, friendly route by pointing out that Sonja may have been partying too much (or, as she put it, “on a downward spiral”), but it just came out as another insult, unfortunately.
“Aviva, I am who I am and I’m not going to apologize for that,” Sonja said, before she put on her top hat and left dinner, with a bit of dignity still intact.
Do you think Sonja really turned things around by being the mature, sensible one at this dinner? Or are you still on Aviva’s side? Tell us in the comments!
