Should the Judges Have Turned For Cupid After He Auditioned With “Cupid Shuffle” on The Voice Season 3?

On tonight’s blind audition episode of The Voice Season 3, we saw the face behind a very popular party song. Cupid, inventor of “Cupid Shuffle,” was looking for the opportunity to prove himself past his one-hit-wonder status.

Naturally, he chose to sing “Cupid Shuffle” in his audition — it was has sole money maker back in 2007, after all — but it failed to impress any of the four celebrity judges.

“What you doing on this show?” asked Cee Lo Green. “That’s a very peculiar song to do on a show like this.”

Sadly, when Cupid broke into an encore of Marvin Gaye's “Let’s Get It On,” the judges were dying to turn their chairs back around. In the end, his own song pigeon holed his performance ability.

But did the judges get it right? Should they have turned? Tell us below!
