Lindsay Lohan is the original queen of bad breaks (or maybe bad "brakes"?) and she’s back in the headlines for allegedly hitting the knee of a man with her Porsche Cayenne around midnight (TMZ originally reported 2 a.m.) near the Dream Hotel in New York City.
Law enforcement told TMZ Lindsay was pulling in to park when she hit the man at a very low speed. Someone called the police while she was inside and when she left around 2:30 a.m., officers arrested her for leaving the scene of an accident. She was released without having to pay bail.
The details aren’t here, but that guy she hit was probably a paparazzi trying to get a photo of her in her car. Even if that’s not the case this time, if you put yourself in the way of a slow-moving car, shouldn’t you bear some responsibility instead of calling the police? What was a person doing near (or in) the parking spot at that time unless they were purposely in the way or just not paying attention? TMZ says the person hit was hospitalized but never had any visible injuries.
It just doesn’t sound like this was worth an arrest for leaving an "accident."
