The Bachelorette

Bachelor Pad Alum Gia Allemand Moves to New Orleans to Be With Boyfriend

It may be time to launch Ring Watch for two-time Bachelor Pad star Gia Allemand. The Big Apple native has moved to The Big Easy to be closer to her basketball player snuggy boyfriend, Ryan Anderson, who now plays for the New Orleans Hornets.

Gia’s Twitter location is now set to “New Orleans Nomad” and today she tweeted, “After 9hrs of driving I am finally in Louisiana.... It's official I live in new orleans #NeedsABeignetASAP.”

We first heard about Gia's new man in the spring of 2011, when Gia introduced her 6-foot-10-inch boyfriend, who was then playing for the Orlando Magic. (She relocated to Florida to be with him.) Before Ryan, Gia dated hockey player Chris Campoli — while also flirting with Wes Hayden on Bachelor Pad Season 1. A true sports lover, Gia also dated former Yankees pitcher Carl Pavano. And, of course, you have to consider Jake Pavelka as one of her exes too, since she dated him on The Bachelor Season 14. Gia was actually Vienna Girardi’s best friend in the house, although they had a falling out after the show (Wes, we still blame you!) and Gia was on Team Jake during Bachelor Pad 2. For his part, Jake said if he could re-do The Bachelor, he would choose Gia instead of Vienna, or Tenley Molzahn or anyone else.

We’re glad things seem to be going well for Ryan, 24, and Gia, 28. Yesterday, she tweeted, “My new job :)” when @PBmetairie suggested people follow their Metairie instructors, including Gia. So it sounds like the former ballet dancer has a job lined up at Pure Barre Metairie. She also recently tweeted, “Sooo proud of my boyfriend he just got ranked #50 in the top #NBA players congrats snuggy @ryananderson33.”

Yeah, congrats, snuggy! Take good care of her!
