Real Housewives’ Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif Are Selling Their Home For $26 Million: Report
Now that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and husband Paul Nassif are divorcing, they’re divvying up their property (and going to court over custody of their children). The Wall Street Journal reports their mansion is among the first things to go, and a source claims the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home will be listed for $26 million.
Located in a gated community in Beverly Park, the Maloof-Nassif home is 19,000 square feet and boasts a movie theater (where Adrienne screened Camille Grammer’s episode of S#!t My Dad Says in the Season 2 premiere), a two-story library area, a spa room (as seen when Adrienne hosted the ladies in Season 2, Episode 8), and two family rooms. There’s a pool, tennis court, and guest house on the property’s nearly two acres of land. So many memories.
Kyle Richards’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, is selling the home for his real estate company, The Agency, in case you’re in the mood to buy a chunk of Housewives history.
