Grey’s Anatomy Season 9, Episode 4 Title Revealed: “I Saw Her [SPOILER]”

After the first three episodes of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, which sound emotionally intense and draining (Mark Sloan [Eric Dane] leaves! Injuries may not heal!), Episode 4 sounds like it will be a lot more “light” and “fun,” according to the episode’s director, Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt). But what does the title tell us?

The title of Season 9, Episode 4 is “I Saw Her Standing There,” according to Celebuzz. The title comes from the Beatles song of the same name, which is about a man who falls in love at first sight with a girl across the room, who he asks to dance.

Could the episode, which Kevin says features some outlandish comedic storylines, focus on a brand new love story? Or will we see Owen and Cristina (Sandra Oh) fall in love all over again? Shonda Rhimes has indicated that she has high hopes for the unhappy couple, and we’d love to see them together in a lighter, funnier scene for a change.

Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 will premiere on Thursday, September 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
