Maci Bookout Reveals Surprising Diet and Fitness Secrets — Is She Really Trying to Gain Weight?!

Most girls would kill to have a body like Maci Bookout's — especially after popping out a baby at the age of 16 — but the Teen Mom star has insecurities just like everyone else.

While most girls struggle to keep weight off, it seems like Maci has trouble keeping it on. Anyone else wish they had that problem?!

Today, Maci revealed that she's starting a new workout plan — except she's doing things a bit differently than most girls. "I'm on a gain weight workout and diet!" she said to a fan. "I'm always doin stuff backwards lol."

We think Maci looks beautiful no matter what, but there's no harm in working on your fitness — especially when you're single and ready to mingle. Maybe she can even get some pointers from her new bestie Dalis? We kid.
