Bristol Palin’s Diet Secret: Cut the “Crap”!

Viewers may not have changed their opinions of Bristol Palin on Dancing With the Stars, but Bristol has certainly changed her looks since taking third place on Season 11.

Bristol told People her goal was “not to gain any weight” on DWTS Season 15 All-Stars, because she knows how it feels to have your looks attacked on TV. "I think it's hurtful for any girl when someone's criticizing their weight on a national level. It's an awkward position."

But now she’s being talked about for different reasons. "I'm definitely in better shape than I was last time, definitely,” Bristol told Us Weekly. “I'm just more active and I cut all the crap out of my diet! It's that simple.” She also credited her son, Tripp, for being so “rowdy” that she has to chase after him all the time.

Bristol told Access Hollywood she’s also been doing hot yoga. She did have corrective jaw surgery in 2010 to align her teeth, but there will always be people suggesting she’s had “work” done. “I’m so sick of people talking about my looks,” she told Access. “I just think that I feel good and people are going to say about whatever they want to say about me… They’ll say that I had my stomach stapled, I bet! They’re going to say a ton of stuff and I’m not worried about it.”

After Monday’s All-Stars premiere, most people have been talking about Bristol’s improved dance skills — which are probably tied to her improved confidence, which is itself probably tied to her looks. It all comes back to how you feel inside your own skin!
