Last week, Adrienne was awarded temporary custody of the children after alleging that he choked one of his sons during a drive home from school on September 13. Paul appeared in court today with new evidence: An investigation by the Department of Children and Family Servicesrefuted Adrienne’s claims. The judge awarded Paul monitored visitation with the kids, starting September 29.
TMZ reports that Paul also denied the plausibility of the claim by stating it would be physically impossible for him to commit the act given the size of his car.
Radar Online quotes a source who says Adrienne is “very happy” that the visits will be supervised because she "doesn't want Paul to have unmonitored visitation with their three sons because she is concerned about their well-being around their dad.”
Paul and Adrienne, whose impending divorce wasannounced in late August, have been increasingly acrimonious toward one another in the courtroom, but it looks like Paul took home a small win today.
