Why Is Adrienne Maloof’s Estranged Husband, Paul Nassif, Being Monitored While He Visits Their Children? — Report

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof was reportedly “very happy” with the determination that her estranged husband Paul Nassif should have monitored visitation with their three sons, citing concerns over the kids’ “well-being around their dad.” According to a new report by Radar Online, the judge who granted the visitation session to Paul may have shared her fears when ordering supervision.

Radar claims that the real reason Paul was granted supervised visitation is that the judge had concerns over Paul’s temper.

Paul was granted the monitored visitation rights yesterday after producing a report from the Department of Children and Family Services which refuted Adrienne’s claims that Paul choked one of the three boys in his car on September 13. But according to the report, the judge hearing the matter still had concerns.

“Paul had wanted the judge to reinstate his visitation when he went into court on Wednesday but his request was denied,” the source reports. “The judge would have given Paul his legal rights back to the kids if he felt that the allegations involving physical and emotional abuse lacked merit. Yes, Paul was cleared by social workers of physical abuse allegations but that doesn't mean that there aren't other areas of concern when it comes to the safety and well-being of the kids.”

As previously reported, Adrienne was initially awarded temporary custody of the children along with a restraining order after bringing forth the allegation of potential abuse against their son. While Paul will get to spend time with the children on Saturday under a watchful eye, a further custody determination will not take place until October.

Adrienne and Paul’s divorce proceedings began in late August after a month of separation.
