Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson’s Reconciliation Won’t Last, According to Their Friends
If you ask people close to them, Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson aren't "on the road" to a lasting relationship.
Friends of the couple think they are reconciling for now to make things easier as they promote their upcoming film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2, but that they'll split ways once the movie has come out, according to Radar Online. "Kristen and Rob's friends absolutely don't believe that this reconciliation is going to last," says a source close to the couple. So much for their friends believing in the power of love.
The source continues: "Rob believes that Kristen didn't sleep with Rupert Sanders, but the fact is, she still cheated on him. Rob's pals think it was easier for him to get back together with her right now because of the upcoming publicity blitz they are going to embark on to promote Breaking Dawn. Kristen definitely convinced Rob that this was going to be a bittersweet time for them, because this is the last Twilight movie."
Apparently, the couple's pals feel there are just fundamental personality differences that will end up tearing the two apart. "Kristen loves Rob, no question about it, but she just isn't as mature as he is. Rob's buddies would be stunned if the couple goes the distance," says the source.
Kristen Stewart's film On the Road hits theaters in December. Let's just hope that Rob is still by her side by then.
