Honey Boo Boo and Company Get a Raise: Report

June Shannon and her daughter Honey Boo Boo may never need to cut out another coupon again!

The stars of TLC’s runaway hit Here Comes Honey Boo Boo will be receiving a serious raise for the next season of the show, TMZ reports.

While some sources say the family brought in a collective $4,000 per episode during the first season, others put their earnings between $5,000 and $7,000 a show — either way, the clan’s salary was chump change compared to the incomes of other reality TV families. Even the Jersey Shore crew made $5,000 a piece for each episode during their first season.

Now, however, network high-ups seem to understand that they have a megahit on their hands and have reportedly offered to give the family somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000 an episode. TMZ reports that the network has also offered to cover a range of other expenses, including a bodyguard and driver for Sugar Bear and a new home for the entire family (an offer that June swiftly declined).

The family has also reportedly received multiple offers from agents although June has turned them down since she worries she’ll be forced to make various appearances that would take her away from her daughters.

Sounds like this pageant mom has her priorities straight!
