Real Housewives of New Jersey

Joe Giudice’s Court Date Related to Fraud Charges Delayed

Joe Giudice may be facing Andy Cohen and some angry housewives at part two of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 4 Reunion on Sunday, but the househusband just got a lucky break in relation to his ongoing legal troubles.

Radar Online reports that a hearing in the case was postponed this week for “undisclosed reasons.” This is good news for Joe — who recently rejected a plea deal that would’ve put him behind bars for five years — proposed by the District Attorney.

Just in case you need a refresher, Joe was arrested for fraud in 2011 after he used his brother’s identity to obtain a driver’s license because his own license had been suspended.

If Joe is convicted, he could face up to 10 years in jail. However, according to his attorney, Miles Feinstein, Joe is being treated harshly because of his fame.

Do you think Joe should go to jail? Tell us below.
