Liam Hemsworth Gets Historical Tattoo to Match Miley Cyrus’s! (PHOTO)
If there’s one deed that proves love in Young Hollywood, it’s getting identical ink — just ask Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth!
Liam just posted a photo to his Instagram account which proudly shows off the engaged couple’s his-and-hers tattoos. (See the pic below.)
In July, Miley debuted her half of the tattoo, a saying originally spoken by President Teddy Roosevelt: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
And now Liam’s new body art is the line that comes before Miley’s quote: “If he fails, at least fails while daring greatly.”
Just for context, Roosevelt delivered those immortal words in his famed “Citizenship in a Republic” speech in France in 1910. The most famous passage of the speech, referred to as “Man in the Arena,” commends courage and determination.
Is it just us, or does this division of the quote not seem exactly equitable? Seriously, Miley’s share is like twice the length of Liam’s.
