Demi Moore: Jealous, Humiliated, Too Thin, Or Just Fine After Divorce?
Now that perpetual lonely heart Jennifer Aniston is happy and engaged, the spotlight has to shine on someone who is sad and alone. So let's try ... Demi Moore! She's on the cover of People magazine this week with the headline "Demi's Broken Heart."
It's been almost a year since her split with Ashton Kutcher and he is now going strong with his former That 70’s Show co-star Mila Kunis — who was just named Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive. One of People's sources said Demi was "jealous and frustrated" by Ashton's love success, especially since — as another source chimed in — he cheated during their marriage in such a public way, which was "humiliating" for her. Why should he be rewarded with a hot new romance?
Demi is turning 50 next month and she has occasionally looked thin and haggard. Some of her friends are supposedly worried about her health. But at least one of People’s sources thinks Demi is fine and moving toward the light after her post-split depression.
Maybe what she needs to do is befriend Katie Holmes — start wandering around NYC (on the subway!) like Katie. Get a Broadway role like Katie. Do a Project Runway guest appearance like Katie. Just follow the Katie playbook. It's working for her so far!
