The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 4 Reunion: Caroline Manzo Was “Hoping” For a Resolution
Caroline Manzo is often viewed as one of the more levelheaded stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and in her last BravoTV.com blog of Season 4, Caroline reflects on a difficult season and offers hope for the future.
Caroline took a bit of a beating this season, with many fans of the show calling her a “bully,” so in her blog she tries to help viewers understand the difficulties of filming a reality show.
She writes, “I hope as viewers you understand that although this is entertainment for you, for us this is reality. The emotions you see are real, and at times the rawness of it literally makes your heart hurt. We are two families that have become intertwined in a journey that I believe none of us ever expected to happen in our lives, but here we are.”
As for the tearful conclusion to the Season 4 Reunion, Caroline admits that she was holding out hope for some sort of resolution. “This last episode was difficult to watch; in my heart of hearts I was hoping to see some sort of resolution to the chaos that has become our lives,” she says. “Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, but I’m choosing to continue to have faith in us. After all, we’re Jersey girls and we can survive anything!”
